Document Resources provides records storage and management services of traditional paper records as well as electronic media. Our highly secure and restricted access locations utilize state of the art security and video surveillance for your protection.

Electronic media storage

In addition to traditional record storage, Document Resources also provides electronic media storage and rotation services. Customers can schedule for regular rotations as often as daily. All your items that require environmentally controlled conditions are kept safe in our media vault. In our media vault, consistent temperature and humidity is maintained, and it is absent of magnetic fields for optimal storage of:

  • Removable hard drives
  • Computer back-up tapes, CDs, DVDs, diskettes
  • Microfiche, microfilm
  • Other sensitive records or items

Staff is available 24 hours a day for fast and efficient retrieval and delivery.
